By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in Embody: A 6-Week Total Life Reset with Sarah K. Grace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Purpose of the Program
Embody is a six-week transformational experience designed to support personal growth, spiritual exploration, intuitive development, healing, self-awareness, and self-discovery.
This program is intended for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or any form of licensed healthcare service.
Nothing shared during the program should be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.
Program Inclusions
Your enrollment includes:
- Six (6) weeks of concierge healing support
- One (1) private session with Sarah K. Grace each week
- One (1) live group call each week
- One (1) year of Community Membership
- Access to Sarah K. Grace's course library
- Ongoing email Q&A support throughout the program
Access to the Community Membership and course library is provided for your personal use only and may not be shared.
Scheduling & Attendance
Private sessions will be scheduled directly with Sarah following your enrollment.
Weekly group calls are held live on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM. Zoom details will be provided before each session.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled private session or live group call, every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable rescheduling where possible. However, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed, and missed sessions may be forfeited.
No Guarantee of Specific Results
Every participant's experience is unique.
Sarah K. Grace does not guarantee any specific outcome, healing, intuitive awakening, emotional release, personal transformation, financial result, relationship outcome, or life change.
Results will vary based on each individual's commitment, participation, and personal circumstances.
Personal Responsibility
By participating in Embody, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to participate and accept full responsibility for your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing before, during, and after the program.
You understand that all decisions, actions, and interpretations resulting from your participation remain your own responsibility.
Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer
Embody is not a substitute for licensed medical care, therapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, medical concerns, or a mental health crisis, you agree to seek appropriate licensed professional or emergency support.
Sarah K. Grace reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation if it is determined that the program is not appropriate for your current needs.
Confidentiality
Because Embody includes live group sessions, participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of everyone involved.
While Sarah K. Grace will maintain confidentiality to the fullest extent reasonably possible, confidentiality within a live group environment cannot be guaranteed. Participants are responsible for maintaining the privacy of anything shared by others during the program.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment must be made in full, or according to your selected payment plan, before access to the program begins.
Due to the nature of this high-touch experience, including immediate access to digital resources, private coaching, and community membership, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you choose not to participate after enrolling, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided.
Community & Course Access
Community Membership and course library access are provided exclusively for the enrolled participant.
Sharing login credentials, recordings, course materials, or community access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.
Session Recordings
Live group calls may be recorded and made available to enrolled participants at Sarah K. Grace's discretion.
Any recordings provided are for your personal use only and may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without prior written permission.
Technology Disclaimer
Embody is delivered online using Zoom and other digital platforms.
Sarah K. Grace is not responsible for internet interruptions, software outages, equipment failures, or other technical issues outside of her reasonable control that may affect participation.
Participant Conduct
Sarah K. Grace is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for every participant.
Any participant displaying inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behaviour may be removed from the program without refund.
Intellectual Property
All program materials, teachings, videos, workbooks, exercises, frameworks, recordings, downloads, and other content remain the intellectual property of Sarah K. Grace.
No part of the program may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, taught, sold, republished, or shared in any form without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in Embody, you acknowledge and agree that Sarah K. Grace shall not be held liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, financial, or personal outcomes arising from your participation in the program.
You voluntarily release Sarah K. Grace from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal actions connected with your participation.
Agreement
