This workshop is intended for personal growth, spiritual exploration, intuitive development, education, and self-discovery purposes only.

The workshop is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or any form of licensed healthcare service.

Nothing presented during the workshop should be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

No Guarantee of Specific Outcome

Every participant's experience is unique. Sarah K. Grace does not guarantee any specific outcome, intuitive awakening, healing, emotional release, spiritual experience, personal transformation, or life change.

Results and experiences will vary from person to person.

By participating in this workshop, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to participate and assume full responsibility for your own mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing before, during, and after the workshop.

You understand that you are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, interpretations, or changes made as a result of your participation.

Release of Liability

By participating in this workshop, you acknowledge and agree that Sarah K. Grace shall not be held liable or responsible for any physical, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual, energetic, financial, or personal outcomes arising from your participation.

You voluntarily release Sarah K. Grace from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal actions connected to your participation in the workshop.

Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

This workshop is not a substitute for licensed medical care, therapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, medical concerns, or a mental health crisis, you agree to seek appropriate licensed professional or emergency support.

Sarah K. Grace reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation if it is determined that the workshop is not appropriate for your current needs.

Confidentiality

Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others attending the workshop.

While Sarah K. Grace will maintain confidentiality to the extent reasonably possible, confidentiality within a live group setting cannot be guaranteed. Participants are responsible for respecting the privacy of anything shared by others.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full before your registration is confirmed.

All workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend the live workshop, your purchase will not be refunded. If a recording is provided, you will receive access to the recording. If no recording is offered, no refund or credit will be issued.

Session Recording

The workshop may be recorded for participants who have registered.

Any recording provided is for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, sold, or publicly displayed without prior written permission from Sarah K. Grace.

Technology Disclaimer

This workshop is delivered online via Zoom.

Sarah K. Grace is not responsible for internet interruptions, Zoom outages, technical issues, equipment failures, or other technology-related problems outside of her control that may affect your participation.

Participant Conduct

Sarah K. Grace is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

Any participant displaying inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour may be removed from the workshop without refund.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, including teachings, slides, exercises, quizzes, recordings, handouts, frameworks, and other materials, remains the intellectual property of Sarah K. Grace.

No part of the workshop may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, taught, sold, or shared without prior written permission.

Agreement
