By purchasing, booking, or participating in a 1:1 Intuitive Healing Session with Sarah K. Grace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Purpose of the Session

1:1 Intuitive Healing Sessions with Sarah K. Grace are intended for personal growth, spiritual exploration, energetic support, intuitive guidance, and self-development purposes only.

These sessions are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or any form of licensed healthcare service.

Nothing shared during the session should be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Outcome

Every individual experience is unique. By participating in a session, you understand and agree that Sarah K. Grace does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, transformation, healing, emotional release, spiritual experience, or life change. Results and experiences may vary from person to person. If you are looking for a specific message or outcome - such a specific mediumship or guides reading - you may want to book elsewhere. 

3. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the session, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to engage in this experience and assume full responsibility for your own mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing before, during, and after the session.

You understand that you are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, interpretations, or changes made before, during or after the session.

4. Release of Liability

By booking and participating in this session, you acknowledge and agree that Sarah K. Grace shall not be held liable or responsible for any physical, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or energetic experiences, reactions, effects, discomfort, distress, outcomes, or consequences that may arise during or at any time after participation in the session.

You voluntarily release Sarah K. Grace from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal actions connected to your participation in the session.

5. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

Intuitive Healing Sessions are not a replacement for licensed medical care, therapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, medical concerns, or a mental health crisis, you agree to seek appropriate licensed professional or emergency support.

Sarah K. Grace reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if it is determined that the session is not appropriate for your current needs.

6. Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected. Personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the safety of any individual.

Please note that electronic communication platforms cannot guarantee absolute privacy or security.

7. Payment Policy

All sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

By booking a session, you understand and agree that no refunds will be issued for completed sessions, missed appointments, cancellations, dissatisfaction with the experience, or perceived lack of results.

9. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your session, you may request a new appointment date within the current calendar year, subject to availability.

24 hour minimum notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Repeated rescheduling or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session at Sarah K Grace’s discretion.

10. Technology Disclaimer

Sessions may take place via live call, Zoom, recordings, or other online platforms. While every effort is made to provide a smooth experience, Sarah K Grace is not responsible for temporary technical issues, platform outages, internet interruptions, audio/video problems, or corrupted/lost recordings that may occur outside of her control.

11. Session Conduct

Sarah K. Grace reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue a session at any time in cases of inappropriate behavior, harassment, aggression, intoxication, or conduct deemed unsafe or disrespectful.

12. Intellectual Property

Any materials, recordings, teachings, processes, frameworks, or content shared by Sarah K. Grace remain the intellectual property of Sarah K Grace and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.

13. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in a 1:1 Intuitive Healing Session with Sarah K. Grace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
